These Adaptive River Rafting events are designed to ensure that everyone, regardless of their physical abilities, can experience the thrill of river rafting. This event is available to children between the ages of 8 and 13 and are tailored to meet the needs of each child. Everything from multiple “dive buddies” to adaptive gear is available to help ensure each child has an engaging experience. During the program, kids can go on a surface scuba dive with the aquarium’s dive staff in their Great Tide Pool, where they will meet amazing animals while getting a fish’s-eye view of the wonders of the bay. This event is available to children between the ages of 8 and 13 and are tailored to meet the needs of each child. Everything from multiple “dive buddies” to adaptive gear is available to help ensure each child has an engaging experience. During the program, kids can go on a surface scuba dive with the aquarium’s dive staff in their Great Tide Pool, where they will meet amazing animals while getting a fish’s-eye view of the wonders of the bay.
