Humanitarian of the Year

Since 2008, the UCP Humanitarian of the Year Award Dinner has raised over $3.8 million dollars to support life without limits for people with disabilities. The funds from this amazing night honoring a great philanthropist, stays in our region to support our child, adults, and families.

Each year, UCP selects an individual who has generously supported the community as the recipient of the Humanitarian of the Year award. Click here to view our list of past honorees.

We appreciate the work they do, not only with UCP, but for the greater community. We honor them for their generosity, and support of organizations within Sacramento and Northern California regions. Proceeds of the Humanitarian of the Year event go to a brighter future for today’s children.

In 2025, the Humanitarian of the Year event raised over $470,000 to support the UCP Foundation! Click here for photos from the event
