Principal Occupation:
Attorney, Founder and CEO, Phoong Law Corp. (“Phoong Law”)

Experience:
Anh Phoong is a personal-injury attorney based in Northern California, who has built a reputation for legal advocacy with driven results. Born in San Jose and raised in Sacramento, she graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Criminal Justice before earning her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, where she graduated as valedictorian. Her early academic success and commitment to justice set the foundation for a career dedicated to representing injured individuals and empowering her community.

As the founder and CEO of Phoong Law Corp, Phoong transformed a small solo practice into a prominent multi-office firm serving clients throughout California and Nevada. Her interest in personal-injury law is deeply personal, shaped by her own experience overcoming the trauma of a serious auto accident. Under her leadership, Phoong Law Corp has recovered substantial settlements for clients and become widely recognized for its accessible, client-focused approach.

Beyond her legal work, Anh Phoong is deeply committed to philanthropy and backing causes important to the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. Influenced by her upbringing as a child of immigrant parents who struggled to provide stability, she channels her success into giving back. She has partnered with organizations such as Miracle University and BabyAnnie to supported at-promise students, single mothers and children. Her firm also participates in community efforts like clothing drives for unhoused families and supports organizations addressing domestic violence and human trafficking, including serving on the board of My Sister’s House.
