After 20 years of dedicated service and commitment, Doug Bergman will be transitioning away from his position as CEO of UCP of Sacramento and Northern California. Since 2006, he has lead the organization through explosive growth, expanding UCP’s reach to serve over 3,600 individuals annually. Doug’s innovative thinking has helped shape what services for individuals with developmental disabilities look like across Northern California, and the nation through his work with the UCP National Board of Trustee. Above all, he has kept our clients’ quality of life and their families’ experiences at the center of his work.
As we move into this exciting new chapter of UCP, we are searching for an individual who displays the visionary and collaborative leadership needed to poise UCP for success in the years to come. We are looking for leaders in California who are ready to dive headfirst into exciting challenges with outcomes that help our participants live life without limits.
