By supporting and participating in a UCP event, you help provide our clients with the tools and encouragement they need to live a life without limits. Attendees at our events are introduced to the many ways UCP programs and services support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
When you attend a UCP event you can meet new friends, visit with old friends, become inspired by a story, and provide the support to help someone in need today, tomorrow and in the future. That’s amazing!
Want to volunteer with UCP? Creating your own fundraiser is a great way to get involved with UCP of Sacramento and Northern California and to make a real difference in the lives of the children, adults, and families we serve every day. Toy drives, canister collections, cocktail parties, and other organized events are just some of the ways to support UCP’s clients and community.
By holding a fundraising event for UCP, you reap the benefits of supporting your community. Benefits including partnering with a leading non-profit in the Sacramento region, getting your company’s name out in the community, event advertisement on the UCP of Sacramento and Northern California website, providing an opportunity for team building within your organization, recognition on UCP’s Community Partners website, as well as in our Annual Report, which is distributed throughout the community.
