The Foundation for UCP of Sacramento and Northern California was established in 2006 to ensure UCP’s programs and services of today will continue to receive funding in the future. In addition, the Foundation allows UCP to consistently deliver on our promise to provide a life without limits for our clients – now and in the future.
Your support of The Foundation for UCP, will help children and adults with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, epilepsy and cerebral palsy. Currently, autism is the number one diagnosed developmental disability, and Consequently, 48% of UCP’s current clients have autism. These clients, and their families will require ongoing support for decades to come. For that reason alone, your legacy gift to The Foundation for UCP will help ensure individuals with developmental disabilities have a brighter future.

It doesn’t take a lot to make a big difference
Each year, UCP selects an individual who has generously supported the community as the recipient of the Humanitarian of the Year award. Proceeds of the Humanitarian of the Year event go to a brighter future for today’s children.
We encourage you to talk to a professional advisor. Your advisor can help explain the many options for leaving behind a legacy of support to The Foundation for UCP.
Because of generous donations from people like you, UCP can provide programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities. Your donations help children and adults with autism, intellectual delay, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and cerebral palsy live a life without limits. As a result of your generosity, individuals in our community, who otherwise felt isolated, are now thriving. In fact, your contributions are lifting them from living a life of isolation to a life of possibilities.
