E-Learning and Technology Specialist

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for directly managing UCP’s e-learning content, online training portal, and other
software systems used by UCP’s Program and Operations team and staff. This position will be part of the
Operations Team, dedicated to supporting strategic goals and needs for UCP’s programs and services. Other
tasks and projects from the Operations Team may be assigned as well.

• Manages, updates, and provides technical support for UCP’s e-learning systems and users.
• Works with UCP subject matter experts to develop, improve, and update quality e-learning content
including, but not limited to, e-learning courses, curriculum, PowerPoints, published documents,
instructional videos, voiceovers, and infographics.
• Manages strategic projects related to e-learning and technology for UCP Operations team.
• Works with technology partners to maintain and/or improve the web portal, learning systems, and
special technology projects.
• Manages other key software and technologies used by UCP operations team.
• Assists in monitoring for compliance with stated regulations and UCP policies.
• Provides reports and data summaries to operations team on key areas of compliance, improvements,
• Works with multiple UCP teams, stakeholders and partner agencies to develop content and learning
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Must have experience in a professional environment and have strong administrative skills.
• Must have broad experience using consumer and professional-grade technology and software systems.
Ability to demonstrate strong core technical skills is required.
• Strong technical skills in an Office – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel are required.
• Strong technical skills using creative and/or publishing software are required (such as Publisher, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.).

Education and Experience:
• Experience using e-learning authorizing software (such as Adobe Capitivate, iSpring, Lectora, etc.) and
Learning Management Systems (such as LearnDash, Docebo, TalentLMS, Relias, and others) is strongly preferred.
• College degree preferred. Relevant comparable work experience would be considered.

PROGRAM: Operations
WAGE: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour DOE
SCHEDULE: Full Time – 40 Hours/Week – Estimated 70-80% Remote
